Expectations:
Analyze and document as-is business processes, define new business
processes to take advantage of technology in a manner consistent with
enterprise objectives and the enterprise software architecture
Act as a liaison between the customers and developers
Establish and monitor a schedule of development and implementation
activities in Streamlined/XTreme Software Development Methodologies
Oversee implementation activities, to include data migration, user training,
and change management, and testing activities of solutions
Facilitate progress/software review meetings between the enterprise
applications branch and the customers
Experience:
5+ years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and support of
web-based applications
Knowledge of relational database concepts and experience creating tables,
views, functions, and stored procedures
Strong focus on Microsoft products with experience in, or knowledge of, the
latest .NET technologies
Experience with all or some of the following technologies: HTML, Visual Studio.
NET, SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server/Windows SharePoint
Services, Web Services, XML/XSLT, Flash Programming, MS InfoPath,
MS BizTalk Server
Desired Skills:
Prior experience working independently to solve client business requirements
Experience providing product demonstrations and training
Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide mentoring to other
more junior team members
Excellent client interaction and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Desire to learn and apply emerging technologies to solve client requirements
