Permuta Updates from the Field: 60 minutes
Are you aware of all the key innovations across the DefenseReady/FederalReady customer enterprise? Hear first hand stories from our guest speakers, and use their experience to help you innovate and excel.
Product (1 hour): 60 minutes
Are you taking advantage of all the Apps in the DefenseReady and FederalReady solutions to streamline your workloads? In this session, the Permuta Product Team and existing customers will share how and why organizations are using key features to drive their transformation efforts. Best practices will be shared and attendees will also get a sneak peak of advancements of new and improved features based on customer feedback.
Customer Support Program (CSP): 60 minutes
Have you been using the interactive customer support portal successfully? In the past year, we rolled out a new system to integrate and track issues with an interactive portal where you, the customer, can log on, enter support requests, track requests, work orders, view support plan credits, and more. In this session we will share exciting plans to propel this platform with faster responses and refining processes.
Ask the Experts: (60 minutes)
This optional Ask the Expert meeting is an opportunity for you to connect directly with the entire Permuta leadership and technical team. In this informal, moderated Q&A opportunity, we’ll take questions from attendees. This session is open for everyone.
