Sig, with 25 years in the Public Sector market, is the CEO of Permuta. He has held pivotal roles at several companies including co-founding Kenner Technologies and undertaking leadership roles at Stratasys, Blackboard, and Microsoft. At Microsoft, he ascended to General Manager of its largest vertical, securing a historic agreement with the US Air Force and Defense Agencies in 2004 and significantly expanding Microsoft’s Business Applications business.

​In his role leading Microsoft’s US Education business, Sig developed groundbreaking public-private partnerships, initiated Microsoft Xbox and Kinect into classrooms, and represented Microsoft at prestigious educational forums. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international politics from Pennsylvania State University and resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.

Tony Hoffman is the Vice President of Sales & Services at Permuta Technologies, where he leads the company’s sales strategy, customer success initiatives, and service delivery efforts across the federal government & SLED markets. With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning enterprise sales, strategic account management, business operations, and talent solutions, Tony has built a reputation for driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.

Tony began his professional career serving in the United States Navy as a Data Systems Technician, an experience that helped shape his leadership philosophy and commitment to mission-focused execution. Today, he combines that foundation with a customer-centric approach to helping government organizations leverage technology to solve complex workforce and operational challenges.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family and takes great pride in supporting his children’s academic pursuits. His son is currently in his second year at the United States Naval Academy, while his daughter is pursuing a degree in Psychology.

Marty Jennings is the General Manager for the Product Group at Permuta Technologies. He leads a team of experienced Microsoft Certified developers that produce and maintain over 400 individual applications that support unique Federal and Military use cases worldwide.  Prior to joining Permuta, Marty worked in industry as the Chief Cloud Architect and Chief Engineer for Leidos’ 10-year, 10B Global Services Management – Operations II IDIQ contract with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Prior to that Marty retired from the Air Force in the rank of Colonel after 30 years, 3 months, and 3 days of service to our nation.

Katie Patterson, is Permuta Technologies Director of Finance & Operations. As a member of the leadership team, Ms. Patterson has multiple roles from Finance to Human Resources. She has over 10 years’ experience within the government/contractor space. Prior to joining Permuta in 2017 she worked on-site at a customer’s location working day in and day out with DefenseReady. Ms. Patterson graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
